I paid a little more than retail price but at least I didn't have to stand in a long line and wait inpatiently not knowing if they would have my size or not. My shoe came exactly when it was projected to come. When I opened the box it was a brand new pair like out of the shoe store. Definitely worth paying what I paid for.

I always wear Nike running shoe in size 8.5 either Vomero or Pegasus, purchased directly from Nike stores. This is my first time buying Nike from Amazon. Somehow the shoe coming in was tight, even with all the lace loose. I have noticed "VE" on its label, and compare the "XE" on my older Nikes, not sure if this is the width label. Returned shoe to Amazon. Then I went back to Nike store and purchased a pair of Vomero 11 (labeled XE), no problem and perfect fit.

Pleather? Wondering how long it will take to break these in. Wearing them with thick socks, band aids, and in very short segments of time . . . but still blisters. NOT HAPPY
